High strength glues, often marketed as "Super Glue" or "Crazy Glue," can be very useful because of their high speed and high strength bonding. However, these properties can also cause problems or even be dangerous if the glue contacts skin or other body parts. Fortunately, the glue can be dissolved by applying a small amount of acetone to it with a toothpick or with a small amount of cotton. Fingernail polish remover that contains acetone can also be used for this purpose.
